01 · Your group and dates
Whole number, at least 1. All travelers are included in the per-person categories.
Whole number. Use 0 for a day trip.
Include arrival and departure days as needed; this may differ from nights.
02 · Sleep and eat
Whole number. Use 0 if no paid accommodation is needed.
Include accommodation taxes and fees. For changing room rates, use a weighted average.
Use an average that accounts for any meals already included in accommodation.
03 · Travel and other costs
Flights or rail, for example. Shared driving costs can go in “Other costs for the whole group.”
Include airport or station transfers and daily travel that you have not counted elsewhere.
Add your combined allowance for visits, insurance, shared driving, donations and any remaining costs.
Your chosen percentage of all costs above. Enter 0 if you do not want to add a reserve.
